FactStream allows our fact-checking partners to access our services via their Google accounts. In the course of this we ask for and retain a limited amount of information, which includes your name, email address, profile image, and Google API credentials. This personal information is used for identification within our system, by each partner’s administrators, as well as by FactStream’s administrators. Your API key is only used in support of submitting, retrieving and editing fact-checks. We do not use this key for any other services offered by Google or any other third party.
We promise not to sell your personal information or to share it outside of FactStream and its journalism partners.
